Our breakfast buffet offers a varied and tasty assortment of fresh products prepared every morning: high quality baked goods, cold meats and cheeses, eggs, fresh fruit and seasonal vegetables, yoghurt, cereals, jams and marmalades, highlighting some typical local products - such as the cheeses, cow’s Tometta, Robiola from Roccaverano, goat’s Toma, PGI Cacao and Hazelnuts from Piedmont - and traditional recipes, all accompanied by coffee and a wide selection of cold and hot drinks. Vegetable and ‘free from’ products are available for those suffering from intolerances or following specific dietary regimes.
The jams in our buffet are special because they are purchased from the Cottolengo Monastery, which produces them for Phi Hotels.
The initiative called ‘The Good that is Good’ expresses the focus on the well-being of guests, because the jams contain only seasonal fruit, picked at the point of ripeness, untreated and with a low calorie intake, and meets the realisation of common benefit, because Phi Hotels, by purchasing the jams, contributes to the sustenance of the Cottolenghino Monastery.
In order to offer an environmentally and socially friendly breakfast service, we pay special attention to avoiding packaging, reducing waste and using sustainable local products using zero-kilometre (km 0) local products.

The service runs from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m., from Monday to Friday, and from 7.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. For guests who need to leave early, there is an Early Breakfast service.
